Our Services

We carry out residential roof replacement, roof repair, roof leak repair, storm and hail damage roof repair, roof inspections, siding work, and gutter and downspout installation and repair.

Descriptions on this site are general. What your particular job includes and excludes, and what it costs, are fixed by the written line-item estimate issued after inspecting the property, and that estimate governs the work in preference to anything written here.

Services not listed here are not offered, and nothing on this site constitutes an offer to perform work outside them.

Use of the Website

You may use this site to read about the work we do and to find our telephone number. You may not use it in any way that damages it, interferes with others' use of it, or contravenes applicable law.

Appointments and Estimates

Inspections are arranged by telephone. An appointment reserves time to attend a property; it does not constitute a contract for work.

Estimates are issued in writing after inspection and are itemised by quantity and rate rather than given as a single figure. An estimate remains valid for the period stated on it and assumes the conditions observable at inspection.

Certain conditions cannot be observed until the existing covering is removed, decking being the usual example. Where that occurs we stop, photograph the finding, and confirm quantity and the pre-agreed rate before proceeding with the additional work.

Scheduling is weather-dependent. We will move a date rather than open a roof that cannot be closed the same day.

The text, photographs, layout and design of this website belong to us or are used with permission and are protected by copyright and related rights.
